2011 12u Lady Patriots District Champs

The Lady Patriots won their second Little League District Championship in 2011. The back to back championships are a first in the history of the Williston Park Little League (boys or girls). The Lady Patriots swept the district tournament defeating talented teams from Manhasset, Merrillon and Port Washington.

Lady Patriots WIN District title

The 10U Lady Patriots took the field Sunday morning 7/11/2010 with one thing in mind, Being the first team in Williston Park Softball history to win the District 28 Championship! They did not disappoint, Led by the outstanding pitching of Patricia G (13 K's) the Lady Patriots beat Albertson Herricks 5 to 2. They jumped out to an early lead and never looked back. Aileen H had a clutch 2 out hit to score what would be the winning run, alone with catching an outstanding game in the what was one of the hottest days this year.

12u Patriots win Memorial Day Tournament

How fitting that Patriots should win on Memorial Day, Patriots 12u win the inaugural 2009 Memorial Day Tournament in Port Washington beating Massapequa 10 - 4 in the final. The Patriots had wins over Mineola, Port Washington, and Massapequa during the tournament

2008 Runner up in 9u HBQVB Tournament

The 9u Patriot Travel Team is runner up in their first tournament of the year. The team made it out of their 4 team Bracket to advance to the playoffs and had playoff wins against Merillon ( 2 to 1 ), and Franklin Square ( 7 to 6 ), eventually loosing in the Championship Game to HBQVB, 5 to 3.

For the first time since the establishment of the Williston Park Little League in 1951, the League has won the Little League Baseball Williamsport District Championship! This is a great achievement for the town of Williston Park.

During Columbus Day Weekend, the Williston Park Little League 11/12-year-old Tournament Team went on a road trip to North Branford, Connecticut and won the Triple Crown Series 12&Under Championship at the Connecticut Sportsplex! The Williston Park team received strong pitching, timely hitting, and outstanding defense to win 5 games in two days and take the Triple Crown Series Championship, which now qualifies the Williston Park team for a trip to the Triple Crown Nationals in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in 2004.
